The Country Resort is a total of 18 hectares divided into 120 lots with
an average cut of 1000 square meters each.
- Who are the developers?
MANCON-CBDC. Tagaytay Highlands Golf & Country Club, and Caylabne
Beach Resort are among the world-class resort contruction projects undertaken
by the joint venture.
- What is the area of my property that I can build my house
on?
You can build your house to a maximum of 25% of your lot area.
- How should my house look?
The central theme design is Asian-influenced. However, you can have
another design but it has to be approved by us.
- Can I build a two-storey house?
Yes, with a maximum height of 20 ft. The limit is set to preserve the
view of Mt. Malarayat.
- Can I build a wall around my lot?
To preserve the Resort ambience, you can build a picket fence or use
the natural landscape around your lot area but not concrete walls.
- When I'm in Manila, who will secure my property?
La Finca Country Resort has a 24-hour roving security force to safeguard
the entire place.
- What is a fully managed farm?
The La Finca Homeowners Association, which is composed of all the owners
of the resort, will plant, maintain and buy your produce.
- Can you tell us about your Country Club?
The Country Club is now being developed with state-of-the-art amenities
such as restaurant, infinity pool, health spa and gym. The Country Club
is exclusive to residents.
- Are animals or pets allowed on the resort?
Only house pets, subject to regulations and control of management, are
allowed on the resort premises.
